Homemade pastries for tea. I'll share with you a classic recipe for making rye kalytkas. First of all, you'll need rye and wheat flour, which is available in any store or supermarket. From it, you need to make a good elastic dough, which we'll use to shape the kalytkas. The filling will consist of wheat porridge. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

In one container, mix 200 grams of rye flour and 150 grams of wheat flour, salt, sunflower oil, and water. Stir until smooth. Meanwhile, cook the wheat porridge.

Knead the dough by adding flour.
