
Calzone with broccoli and mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Essentially, you can note down the yogurt-based dough recipe and then fill it with various ingredients to your taste. Although, to begin with, you need to know that it should be served warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. First, cut the pepper into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Break the broccoli into florets. Slice the mushrooms. Prepare a mixture of chopped basil, ricotta, salt, grated mozzarella (2/3 of the amount), and pepper.

2. Then heat oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms, pepper, onion, and broccoli. Sauté the ingredients for 7 minutes, stirring. At the end, add salt and pepper. Then mix the skillet mixture with the cheese mixture.

3. Now prepare the dough. Set aside 60 g of flour and 30 g of yogurt. Combine the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl, adding the oil and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

4. Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour and greasing it with yogurt. Then shape into two medium-sized round flatbreads.

5. Place the filling on one half of the flatbreads. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape. Brush the tops with oil. Bake the pizzas in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.

6. Then sprinkle the calzones with the remaining cheese and return them to the oven for another 7 minutes. Let them cool slightly before serving.
