Description
The recipe won't take much time. Since kaburga is simply lamb ribs, you can cook them with any vegetables. If you prefer spicier food, you can add chili pepper. It's also great to add onion and garlic to the lamb. Serve hot.

1. Wash the ribs, dry them as much as possible, and cut them into pieces.

2. Place in a pan, cover with a lid, and simmer in its own juices. If it's young lamb, simmer for about 30 minutes. If you're unsure, simmer for about an hour.

3. Cut the pepper into strips.

4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into julienne strips.

5. When the liquid in the pan has evaporated, fry the meat a little in its own fat. Season with salt and pepper, add the pepper, and sauté everything together.
