Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. If you follow the recipe, the process will not cause any difficulties. A note about cutting the buns. If you don’t have a scale, divide into 17 parts; this amount corresponds to the weight. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Dissolve the sugar, salt, and yeast in warm milk.

Add eggs, melted butter. Stir.

Add most of the flour and knead the dough. Add the remaining flour gradually.

Knead a soft, elastic dough. Roll it into a ball, place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

After the time has elapsed, the dough is ready to be divided.

Divide the dough into equal pieces weighing 80 grams each (or into 17 parts). Roll them into balls.

Slightly press the balls to a thickness of 2 cm. Leave the pieces for 10 minutes to proof. Heat the fryer, then reduce the heat.

Fry the puffy pastries until golden brown on both sides.

Place the finished kabartma on paper towels.
