Wild boar stewed with red pepper
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Many people know that cooking wild boar meat to be tender and juicy is not easy. Let's try to dispel this belief :) Cut the wild boar meat into pieces slightly smaller than shish kebab size. Place the meat in a deep bowl, grate (or very finely chop) 5-6 garlic cloves into it, and add salt. Add a moderate amount of balsamic vinegar and rosemary. Mix thoroughly by hand so that the meat absorbs the marinade. Marinate for 1.5–2 days, stirring occasionally. Heat a deep frying pan. Place the meat in it and pour in water to a depth of about "two fingers". Simmer the marinated game meat for about 30 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, sliced, and 2–3 carrots. Cook for 10 minutes. Add sweet pepper cut into thick strips and a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce. Ketchup can also be used. Continue simmering for another 3–5 minutes. Serve the game meat with boiled rice and a vegetable salad. You can add some crunchy pickled cucumbers. Serve hot.
