Zucchini Cake with Processed Cheese
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. Zucchini cake with processed cheese is a festive and very delicious dish. The layers are very easy to fry—just mix a thin batter. For the filling, use processed cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, and dill.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients for making the crusts.
- 2
Step 2

Take all the ingredients for the filling.
- 3
Step 3

Grate the zucchini, add salt and black pepper to taste. Mix.
- 4
Step 4

Beat the eggs, pour in the milk, and mix.
- 5
Step 5

Add the flour.
- 6
Step 6

Mix the dough; it will not be very thick.
- 7
Step 7

Heat a little oil in a skillet, spoon a couple of tablespoons of zucchini batter onto it and spread it out, then begin frying the pancakes over medium heat.
- 8
Step 8

Fry the layers for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Fry all the layers this way, adding a little oil to the pan as needed.
- 9
Step 9

For the filling, grate the processed cheese on a grater.
- 10
Step 10

Grate the garlic into the same bowl. Add garlic to taste. The more garlic you use, the spicier the appetizer will be.
- 11
Step 11

Add the finely chopped dill to the cheese and add mayonnaise. Pepper to taste if desired. I don't recommend adding salt, as the cheese is already slightly salty and the mayonnaise is as well.
- 12
Step 12

Mix the cheese filling.
- 13
Step 13

Spread the cheese filling over all the zucchini crusts.
- 14
Step 14

Assemble the entire cake and decorate as desired at the end. I decorated it with pieces of tomato.
- 15
Step 15

Place the cake in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to soak, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
