Zucchini Roll with Ground Meat and Cheese
Description
This recipe won't take much time. We'll make the roll in the oven—the process is straightforward and easy. You can use any ground meat; I used a mix of chicken and turkey, and it turned out excellent. Choose a hard cheese with creamy notes. If you like, you can use any herbs—parsley, dill, or cilantro. You can serve the roll with vegetables, sauce, and side dishes. Serve the appetizer at the table.
