Description

1. Prepare the ingredients. You can add a piece of garlic to the dish if you wish. Let's begin!

2. Finely chop the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes in vegetable oil. Cut the young zucchini into cubes; if the skin is tough, peel it off. Add to the onion, sauté for 10 minutes, and season with salt.

3. Prepare the streusel: combine flour, grated cheese, and cold butter. Rub thoroughly into fine crumbs and chill in the freezer for 5-7 minutes.

4. Transfer the vegetables to a heatproof baking dish, add your favorite spices if desired. Pour sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

5. Sprinkle streusel on top and bake in a preheated oven for 20–25 minutes. Baking temperature: 180 degrees.
