Zucchini pancakes with cheese and herbs
Description
The baking is simple and quick. While frying, the pancakes smell deliciously and appetizingly of cheese. They taste different from regular zucchini pancakes, and if desired, you can add a clove of garlic, but no more than that, so as not to overpower the cheese flavor and aroma. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
