Zucchini muffins with onions and bacon
Description
Personally, I think this dish goes best with plenty of sour cream-garlic sauce, although my mom, for example, absolutely loves all kinds of ketchup and insists that these muffins pair even better with a spicy tomato sauce or even adjika. I won't argue—decide for yourself by trying both ways! Here's the recipe for zucchini muffins with onion and bacon. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. First, mix the flour and baking powder using a blender or mixer. Then add the butter, beaten eggs, mustard, and lemon juice. To this mixture, add the zucchini mashed into a puree, as well as the grated cheese. Add all the spices to taste (including onion).
