Zucchini muffins with sausage

Description

For preparation, it's best to use very young zucchini. In the ready mixture you can safely add paprika, ground black pepper, finely chopped herbs. Baking the cupcakes can be done not only in silicone molds but also in metal ones. They can be served with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Wash, peel, and grate the zucchini on a fine grater.

    Crack an egg into it.

    Add the sausage, cut it into cubes.
