Zucchini Lecho

Description

Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Everyone’s favorite zucchini ripen quickly and abundantly at the dacha—you can barely keep up with picking them. I usually make zucchini lecho from them, seal it in jars, and then, in winter, bring it out to applause from the family. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
