Zucchini Caviar

A canning recipe without unnecessary complications. I recently opened a jar of zucchini caviar that I had made using a new recipe. The caviar turned out very tasty, tender, and thick. This time I prepared it according to an unfamiliar recipe. I happened to come across the show “Everything Will Be Delicious” on the internet, where they talked about it. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
