Zucchini Caviar in the Polaris Multicooker
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. The zucchini caviar recipe in the Polaris multicooker looks like this: 1. Prepare the multicooker. Pour sunflower oil into its pot and close the lid. Set the multicooker to "Brown" mode. 2. When the multicooker beeps, add finely chopped onion to the pot. Close the lid, turn on the same mode, and fry the onion for 10 minutes. 2. Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Add them to the onion after it is done and sauté everything together for another 10 minutes with the lid closed. 3. Peel the zucchini and remove the skin and seeds. Cut into small cubes and add to the onion and carrots. Stir. Stew everything together with the lid closed for another 15 minutes. 4. After 15 minutes, switch the mode from "Brown" to "Soup" and let the vegetables stew on their own for about 1 hour 20 minutes. 5. After an hour, open the lid and add salt, pepper, tomato paste, and finely chopped garlic to the vegetables. Stir. Close the lid and stew until the signal sounds. 6. If you want to eat the caviar right away, it is already ready! All that remains is to puree it (in a blender or through a meat grinder) or leave the pieces whole, as you prefer. 7. If you want to preserve zucchini caviar in the Polaris multicooker for winter, add one tablespoon of vinegar to the pot and cook on "Soup" mode for about another 40 minutes. You are sure to love it! ;) Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
