Zucchini Caviar with Tomato Sauce
Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. I'd like to offer a not entirely classic way of preparing zucchini caviar. The flavor of the dish is exquisite, and it's all thanks to the tomato sauce. Watch how to make zucchini caviar with tomato sauce.

5. Place all the ingredients in a double-bottomed pot or a kazan. Pour in the oil and sauce, add salt and sugar. Set the pot over low heat and bring the contents to a boil. As it braises, liquid will form in which the caviar will cook. Cook for 40 minutes.

Step 6

6. Zucchini caviar with tomato sauce is ready! I also like to give it a good blend in the blender. Then it takes on a pleasant creamy consistency.
