Zucchini Caviar with Sautéing

Description

Perfect for winter preserves. To make instant sautéed zucchini caviar, process the zucchini in the oven for half an hour so they will be softer, more tender, and retain the maximum amount of nutrients. Garlic, pepper, onion, carrots, and spices should be carefully sautéed over medium heat. Don't forget to add tomato paste. All that remains is to puree all the ingredients and enjoy delicious zucchini caviar. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

    Prepare the onion, garlic, and carrot. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper. Chop the onion, carrot, pepper, and garlic.

    Cut the zucchini into rounds, then arrange them on a greased baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for half an hour.
