The main advantage of this recipe is that you can vary the flavor, making the caviar slightly salty, a little spicy, or more seasoned. The preserve is ready for winter storage.

    2. First, wash and pat dry the zucchini; if necessary, peel the skin. Cut into medium-sized pieces.

    3. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the zucchini until golden brown over medium heat. If you like, you can also dice them, for example.
