Zucchini Caviar with Carrots for Winter

A simple preservation recipe. You're sure to love this zucchini caviar with carrot for winter! The caviar turns out tender and tangy at the same time. I also like that it has a good consistency: you can spread it on bread or eat it by the spoonful! Delicious. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
