Zucchini in the microwave
Description
Suitable for both holidays and everyday meals. This microwave zucchini recipe is extremely simple. You can make this dish in just 10–15 minutes and serve it if unexpected guests show up at your door. 1. A young zucchini works best for this dish. Wash and dry it. You can slice it into fairly thick pieces, about 1–1.5 cm, or very thinly to make something like chips. 2. Put the sliced zucchini into a bowl and salt to taste. 3. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press or grate it. Add it to the bowl with the zucchini and mix thoroughly (if children will be eating the zucchini, it’s better to add the garlic to the sauce). 4. Lightly grease a large plate with vegetable oil (best done with a brush). Arrange the zucchini in a single layer and microwave for 7–9 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices. 5. Meanwhile, you can make the sauce. Wash, dry, and finely chop the fresh herbs. Combine the sour cream with the herbs and mix. 6. When the homemade microwave zucchini is ready, serve it right away with the sauce. However, it’s also quite tasty when cooled. Serve warm or chilled.
