Description
Young vegetables are best for cooking zucchini stewed in tomato sauce. You don't need to peel such zucchini—the skin will be tender and soft. A young zucchini won't have large seeds inside, which is perfect for preparing any dish.

Prepare the ingredients for stewed zucchini in tomato sauce.

Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and slice them into rounds 0.7–0.9 cm thick.

Heat the oil in a skillet and add the zucchini. Immediately set to medium heat.
