Mince the onion and garlic. Slice the zucchini into 5 mm thick rounds.

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown, and remove them from the pan.

In the remaining oil, fry the zucchini slices in batches on both sides until golden brown. Remove each batch from the pan, lightly grease the pan, and fry the next batch.
