Wash the zucchini under water and slice into rings 1-1.5 centimeters wide.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the zucchini on both sides until golden brown.

Place the sautéed zucchini on a baking sheet, season with salt, and sprinkle with spices.

On top, place the tomatoes cut into half-rings, then salt and season them as well.
