We wash the young zucchini and slice them into half-rings. Heat olive oil in a pan and add 2 garlic cloves, frying for just about a minute. Now remove the garlic, then add the sliced zucchini to the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides. Transfer the zucchini to a bowl.

Chop the fresh herbs and place them in a skillet, add the chopped garlic clove, season with salt and pepper.

Place the shrimp in their shells on top and fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Next, pour in a glass of white wine, cover the skillet with a lid, and simmer the shrimp over low heat for about 12–15 minutes. Then, remove the shrimp from the wine broth, let them cool, and peel off the shells. Place the peeled shrimp back into the skillet.

Add the fried zucchini to them, cover the pan again, and simmer for another 10–12 minutes.

Now we place the lettuce leaves on a plate, and on top of them we put the shrimp with zucchini.
