Zucchini with bacon

Description

For preparing zucchini with bacon, use young zucchini — they taste much better. Ideally, choose bacon so that one slice can wrap all the way around half a zucchini. But don’t worry if that’s not quite possible — the dish is still delicious and doesn’t require much money or time. Drizzle the sliced zucchini with olive oil. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

    First wash the zucchini. Cut them in half. Salt and sprinkle with herbs.
