So let's temporarily forget about meat and prepare something vegetarian. I have a great and quite simple recipe for you—Provencal-style zucchini. This dish is absolutely amazing, with such an incredible flavor and an indescribable aroma that you'll instantly fall in love with it. These zucchini can even be served at a festive table, as they look quite elegant and impressive. I'm sure your guests will be absolutely delighted. So definitely try making Provencal-style zucchini at home. Believe me, it won't take much time or effort.

    First, clean and rinse all the vegetables. Then cut the eggplants into quarters and finely chop the onion and garlic. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and add the chopped vegetables along with thyme. Fry everything over medium heat.

    When the vegetables become soft, season them with salt and pepper, mix well, and remove from heat.
