Jewish-style zucchini
Description
I think that even if you try Jewish-style zucchini just once, you'll want to make it again and again. To me, the vegetable combination here is perfectly balanced, and the fresh tomato paste (especially if you add some cilantro to it) instantly gives the dish a refreshing touch. In short, I highly recommend this classic Jewish-style zucchini recipe.
