
Spicy Zucchini for Winter
Description
We'll start with a spicy sauce made from tomatoes, peppers, chili, and garlic. Stew the zucchini in the spicy sauce, then seal them under lids. Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry, then cut the tomatoes as you like.

Clean and wash the peppers, then cut into strips.

Also prepare the chili and garlic. Adjust the amount of chili to your taste.

Wash the zucchini and pat dry, cut into small pieces.

Prepare a blender, add the tomatoes, peppers, and garlic, and blend everything on high speed.

Seal the jar tightly with a sterile lid. Carefully turn it upside down, wrap it in a warm blanket, and leave it undisturbed for 24 hours until the glass and the preserves have completely cooled.
