Cut the zucchini into cubes and lightly fry them; run the tomatoes through a meat grinder. Mix the ingredients in a saucepan, adding sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Place the saucepan over heat and bring to a boil, then cook for another 20 minutes. Then add minced garlic and chili pepper; add vinegar 5 minutes before done. Pack the zucchini into sterilized jars and seal them. Store the preserves in a cool place. Good luck. Serve at the table or keep in the pantry.

Wash the tomatoes, remove any unwanted parts, and run them through a meat grinder.

Wash the zucchini, peel them, and cut into cubes. Lightly fry the zucchini in a pan and add them to the tomatoes. Also add vegetable oil, salt, and sugar. Put the pot on the heat and bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and chili pepper. Cook for another 20 minutes. 5–7 minutes before done, add the vinegar and stir.

Arrange the zucchini in tomato sauce into sterilized jars and seal them with lids. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a towel until completely cooled.
