
Stuffed Zucchini with Chicken in a Multicooker

Zucchini stuffed with chicken are easy and quick to prepare. In this recipe, we use a multicooker, which works perfectly instead of an oven, so your kitchen won't get hot on a hot summer day. These zucchinis turn out tender, delicious, and juicy, served in a wonderful sauce. Give it a try!

Peel and wash the carrots and onion. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Place them in a frying pan and add refined sunflower oil. Simmer the vegetables, stirring, for 10-12 minutes.

Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder after washing it.

Place half of the stewed vegetables (carrots with onions) into a bowl with the chicken mince. Add breadcrumbs.

Season the minced meat with salt to taste and mix. If it is too dry, add a little sour cream, mayonnaise, or broth as well.

Wash and peel the zucchini. Young ones do not necessarily need to be peeled. Cut into 3-4 pieces. Remove the seeds.

Place the second portion of stewed carrots with onions and sour cream into the multicooker bowl.

Add a little salt, pour in 250-300 ml of water, and mix.

Fill the prepared zucchini with the prepared stuffing and place them in the multicooker bowl.
