
Julienne in edible cocottes

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, add a couple of pinches of salt, ground black pepper, and paprika. Mix well and let it sit for a while.

Clean the mushrooms, wash them, and dry thoroughly. Then cut them into small pieces.

Peel the onion and finely chop it.

Heat a pan with butter, add the mushrooms. Fry until all the liquid has completely evaporated.

Add the onion, mix and fry until the onion turns light golden.

Now add the chicken fillet. Mix and fry for about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cream and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then after a couple of minutes remove the pan from the heat.

Cut off the tops of the buns and remove the crumb.

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Fill the buns with the filling.

Grate the cheese on a grater.

And place the cheese on top of the filling, sealing it in a way.

And send it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. The cheese should melt and slightly brown.
