Julienne in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Modern appliances have greatly simplified our lives, allowing us to prepare favorite dishes much faster and more conveniently. A good example is this simple recipe for julienne in a multicooker, which turns out absolutely delicious and requires minimal effort. As for the ingredients, they are quite classic. I used marinated mushrooms in this multicooker julienne recipe, but it's best to use fresh (or frozen) white mushrooms. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

First, turn on the sauté (or bake) mode on the multicooker, add the flour to the multicooker bowl and fry it, stirring, for a couple of minutes, then transfer the flour to a clean plate.

Step 2

Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add the finely chopped onion, and fry it in the same mode until golden brown.

After the onion turns golden, add the mushrooms to it and continue frying together.

Step 4

Wash the chicken fillet, pat it dry, and cut it into small pieces.

Step 5

Add the fillet to the other ingredients, fry everything, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

After the time has elapsed, pour the cream into the bowl and add the fried flour, stirring vigorously to ensure there are no lumps in the sauce.

Step 7

Pass the garlic through a press and add it to the bowl, then salt and sprinkle with all the spices.
- 8
Step 8

Sprinkle our dish with a generous layer of cheese grated on a coarse grater, close the multicooker lid, and keep the same cooking mode.
- 9
Step 9

After about 15-20 minutes, the julienne will be completely ready, so we turn off the multicooker.
