Julienne in pastry baskets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make this julienne, you first need to bake the baskets. Do not bake them completely—just let the dough dry slightly so you can finish cooking it together with the filling later. Choose the shape and size of the baskets as you prefer. Serve the finished dish at the table.

4. Prick the bottoms of the pastry shells with a fork, then place them in the oven to bake separately for about 10 minutes. Once done, remove them, let them cool slightly, fill with the filling, drizzle a little sour cream over the top (you can also add sour cream while frying the mushrooms), sprinkle with cheese, and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
