Julienne with pork and mushrooms
Description
Since the New Year holidays are just around the corner, I'd like to share with you my simple recipe for julienne with pork and mushrooms, which we always prepare specifically for New Year's. This dish is very easy to make and incredibly delicious and aromatic—it always brings a festive atmosphere into our home. Homemade julienne with pork and mushrooms is prepared quite quickly, so all that's left for you is to decorate it creatively and serve it at the New Year's table. 1) First, peel the onion and finely chop it. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown. 2) Then wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the pan with the onion and cook together for 2–3 minutes. 3) Now take another frying pan, place it over the heat (do not add oil yet). Once the pan is hot, pour in the flour and toast it for 1–2 minutes. Then add the remaining butter and continue frying, stirring constantly. Once the flour has absorbed the butter, pour in the pork broth or just warm water. Keep stirring continuously, heat the mixture and cook for 2 minutes until you get a fairly thick, smooth consistency. 4) Cut the pre-cooked pork into small pieces and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. 5) Add the pork and the sautéed mushrooms with onion into the sauce, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 6) Spoon the julienne into ramekins and generously sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the ramekins in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) and bake for 10 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
