
Julienne with mussels and vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Pour boiling water over mussels, then drain. Wash, peel, chop, and sauté the vegetables. Prepare a sauce from mayonnaise, sour cream, and tomato paste (add harissa or mustard to taste). Mix everything together and place into buttered ramekins. Bake in the oven. Serve hot.

Peel the onion, wash the pepper and remove the seeds and partitions. Finely dice the onion and pepper. Pour boiling water over the mussels for a couple of minutes, then rinse thoroughly under cold running water and let the liquid drain.

Finely chopped onion is fried in vegetable oil until translucent.

Add pepper to the onion, season with salt and pepper to taste, sauté briefly, then simmer the vegetables until cooked.

Prepare a sauce from thick sour cream, mayonnaise, and tomato paste (or adjika).

Thoroughly mix the sauce.

Put mussels into the sauce.

Then add the stewed vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Grease the ramekins with olive oil.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet, distribute the julienne mixture among them, and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. After 15 minutes, take out the julienne and generously sprinkle with cheese. Put back in the oven for a couple of minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
