Julienne with shrimp and mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. To make shrimp and mushroom jambalaya at home, you need very little. First, chop the peeled onion. 2. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Add the onion and fry until translucent. 3. Meanwhile, clean and wash the mushrooms. Dry them and slice thinly. Add them to the pan with the onion. Fry over medium heat until partially cooked, stirring occasionally. 4. In parallel, place the shrimp into boiling salted water (you can add spices to taste). Boil them, then drain and dry thoroughly. 5. When the mushrooms are sautéed, pour the cream into the pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add your favorite herbs or spices, for example. 6. Simmer over medium heat until fully cooked. 7. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. 8. Place the mushrooms into prepared baking molds. 9. Put one shrimp into each mold. You can lay it gently or insert it so that the tail remains outside. 10. Generously sprinkle cheese on top and place in a preheated oven. 11. Bake until a delicious golden cheese crust forms. Here's an interesting version—your dish is ready to serve.
