
Shrimp julienne
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This recipe is very interesting, charming with its simplicity, despite being called shrimp julienne. All the ingredients used are easily accessible. The special flavor comes from mushrooms simmered with bell pepper. The shrimp become infused with their aroma. 1. Remove stems and seeds from sweet peppers. Cut into strips and place in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Peel the onion and dice finely. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Once the peppers have lightly fried, add the onion and mushrooms to the pan.

2. Salt to taste, pepper to taste. Mix and add tomato paste and oregano. Mix again. Simmer for 5-7 minutes (preferably covered). Then add the shrimp to the pan, previously cut in half.

3. Before adding the cream, simmer the shrimp for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream. Mix the contents of the skillet. Then simmer for a couple of minutes.

4. Now distribute the shrimp stewed with vegetables and mushrooms into heatproof dishes, leaving room for the grated cheese. Grate the hard cheese, generously sprinkle it over each dish, and place them in a preheated oven (200 degrees). After 10 minutes, the julienne is ready.
