Mushroom and Cream Julienne

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's incredibly tender and combines nutritious mushrooms with a creamy sauce. The preparation is simple: just sauté the mushrooms, make a creamy onion sauce, grate the cheese, and arrange everything in baking molds. Serve the finished dish garnished with chopped fresh herbs.

    We wash the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onion. In a heated pan with oil, sauté the onion until golden brown.

    Mushrooms, if necessary, clean and slice. In a separate skillet, sauté the mushrooms for a few minutes until they develop a golden crust. Place the cooked mushrooms into ramekins for the julienned dish.

    Add the cream and spices to the onion, mix thoroughly, and cook over heat until the sauce thickens. Pour the finished sauce into each mold with mushrooms.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle each portion of the julienne. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The mushroom and cream julienne is ready.
