Julienne with Mushrooms and Potatoes
Description
Perfect for the table and with drinks. What is a julienne without chicken? So first, boil and dice the chicken breast. While the meat is cooking, finely chop and sauté the onion with mushrooms; fry the potatoes separately. Mix all the sautéed vegetables and meat. Add milk and processed cheese and simmer over medium heat for 7–10 minutes until the cheese melts. Before serving, sprinkle with green onions. Serve with herbs and sauce.
