
Mushroom julienne
Description
Mushroom julienne is a very simple and delicious dish. If you don't have special heat-resistant ramekins with handles (cocottes), you can prepare julienne in small pots or even in a frying pan. I hope my mushroom julienne recipe will help you discover a new dish! ;)

Step 1

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and finely chop the onion. You can use any mushrooms. A delicacy option is with porcini mushrooms, a more affordable one—with button mushrooms.

Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in butter until the mushrooms are tender. About 10 minutes over medium heat.

Mix the sautéed mushrooms and onions with sour cream and flour. Season with salt and pepper and stir.

Place the resulting mixture into a ramekin or baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
