
Julienne recipe classic
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Golden onions, tender mushrooms soaked in cream, and melted cheese on top—that's what julienne is all about. Take a look. Serve hot.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mushrooms under cold water. Peel and wash the onion.

2. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces. Fry them in vegetable oil until all the liquid has evaporated.

3. Finely chop the onion, add it to the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.

4. Add the flour now and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Pour in the cream, mix, add salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat.

6. Distribute the julep into small individual molds. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
