Julienne (very simple recipe)
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Julienne is a luxurious dish that was once served at banquets and buffets. At home, it was rarely made, although its preparation requires a very simple recipe and ingredients. I often prepare mushroom julienne at home as an everyday meal, generally using the classic recipe. Today I'll share a quick and easy way to make it: sauté the mushrooms, pour with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese on top, and bake in the oven. The only innovation: I add a little soy sauce, which gives it an interesting flavor. The finished dish is ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and finely chop.
