Classic Jullienne
Description
Traditionally, julienne is served in small special molds, but if you don't have them, small bowls or ramekins will work. The two basic versions are mushroom and chicken. You can also find a mixture of the two, as well as seafood, fish, and vegetable julienne. It is served hot as an appetizer.
