Mushroom julienne with oyster mushrooms
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A delicious and juicy warm appetizer that is very easy and quick to make. The unique taste and aroma of oyster mushrooms give this dish its special flavor. Words can't fully convey all the taste sensations, so I'll just say: the dish is ready to be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the oyster mushrooms under a stream of cold water.
- 2
Step 2

In the original recipe, mushrooms and all the ingredients for the julienne are cut into thin strips. But we'll deviate from the rules and cut them into small cubes. Heat oil in a skillet and add the mushrooms to fry.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. I have a large onion; if yours is small, use 2.
- 4
Step 4

Add the onion to the pan with the oyster mushrooms. Mix well.
- 5
Step 5

Fry the mushrooms with onions for 5-6 minutes, then add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Now gently sprinkle with flour, mix, and remove the pan from the heat.
- 7
Step 7

Distribute the contents of the skillet into ramekins.
- 8
Step 8

And on top of the mushroom mixture, place the processed cheese. Instead, you can use grated hard cheese. Put the ramekins into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
