
Pork julienne with mushrooms

I present to you a recipe for pork and mushroom julienne. This dish is delicious, hearty, and incredibly aromatic — words can't describe it, you have to try it yourself! I highly recommend giving it a try. It can be served as a main dish for festive occasions, or as a side dish for your family.

1. Wash the mushrooms, clean them, chop finely, and sauté in vegetable oil. When the liquid is released and evaporated, add the onion and sauté everything together until golden brown.

2. Cut the pork into pieces, fry it with spices and flour until cooked.

3. After adding the flour, add the sour cream and broth, mix well, and simmer over low heat until thickened. Then add our mushrooms, bay leaf, and spices to taste, mix, and simmer for a few more minutes.

4. Then transfer to baking dishes, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 200 degrees for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts. Done!
