
Chicken Liver Julienne

In any case, this delicious julienne will be a perfect addition even to a festive table. If you like liver, be sure to try it! The dish is juicy, tender, and extremely tasty! You can use any mushrooms— I used champignons. Serve hot.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft.
