Mushroom julienne in a multicooker

Description

I really love this exquisite French dish. I used to often prepare it in the oven, but now I make mushroom julienne at home using a multicooker. I should note that, in my opinion, this cooking method is very convenient, as everything is done in one dish, which saves a lot of time. The only drawback of this simple mushroom julienne recipe in a multicooker is that it isn't prepared in individual portions; apart from that, the dish turns out excellent. 1) If you're using button mushrooms, simply rinse them and slice into pieces. Wild mushrooms should be boiled before cooking. 2) Now set your multicooker to the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes, place the butter into the bowl and melt it. 3) Add the sliced mushrooms and finely chopped onion to the heated butter, season with salt and pepper, and sauté the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes. 4) Around the 20-minute mark, when the excess liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated, add flour to the bowl, mix well, and continue frying for another 5 minutes. 5) Then pour the cream into the multicooker bowl, stir everything again, and cook the julienne for 10 minutes with the lid closed. 6) When the time is up, open the lid, sprinkle the dish with cheese grated on a coarse grater, and continue baking under the lid until the program ends. Enjoy your meal!
