Julienne in a frying pan
Description
Perfect with a meal and with drinks. The julienne cooks very quickly in a skillet. You can add a little grated cheese. But I prefer julienne without cheese, stewed in a skillet rather than baked. We usually make mashed potatoes with julienne, but rice and buckwheat go just as well. You can serve it warm or chilled.
