Julienne in potatoes
Description
My friend told me the recipe for julienne baked in potatoes. It was at his place that I first tried this amazing dish! I immediately loved the serving idea—baking julienne inside potatoes! I think it's genius! I always envy cooks who have such a rich imagination! I recommend garnishing with fresh herbs before serving. By the way, you can use low-fat sour cream instead of cream.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the potatoes well. We will bake them with their skins on. Cut each potato in half and use a teaspoon to scoop out the potato flesh.
- 2
Step 2

Place the potatoes in a bowl of water so they don't turn black.
- 3
Step 3

First, sauté thinly sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Finely chop the onion and add it to the almost cooked mushrooms.
- 5
Step 5

Stir. When the onion becomes soft and translucent, add the flour. Stir again. Then pour in the cream.
- 6
Step 6

Carefully spoon the julienne into the potatoes.
- 7
Step 7

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the julienne in the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, until a golden cheese crust forms.
