Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet.

Wash the mushrooms, clean them, and cut into small pieces.

Peel the onion and thinly slice into half-moons.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and add the onion with salt. Fry until the onion is soft and lightly golden.

Add the sliced mushrooms and chicken fillet to the onion. Fry for about 5 minutes, then add the pepper, stir, and remove the pan from the heat.

Let's start making the sauce. Heat a skillet and toast the flour in it. Keep stirring the whole time!!!

When the flour turns golden, add the butter and melt it, stirring it into the flour.

Pour the cream into the butter and flour mixture and stir until smooth, with no lumps. If the sauce is very thick, thin it with milk. Remove the sauce from the heat.
