Julienne with shrimp
Description
I recommend using large shrimp for cooking. Of course, they will shrink slightly in size during cooking, but they will retain their meaty texture, which will pleasantly absorb the creamy sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Before starting the preparation, prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Place the shrimp in boiling salted water with bay leaf, bring to a boil and cook for one minute. Then drain in a colander and leave to drain well.
- 3
Step 3

In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the finely chopped onion for 1-2 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Add a little salt and spices to the onion.
- 5
Step 5

Next, add the peeled shrimp. Sauté everything together for 2-3 minutes over low heat, so the onion doesn't start to burn.
- 6
Step 6

At the same time, toast the flour in another skillet until a pleasant nutty aroma appears.
- 7
Step 7

Add milk to the flour in the pan. Stir until there are no lumps.
- 8
Step 8

Add salt and spices to taste.
- 9
Step 9

Pour the resulting creamy sauce over the shrimp. Mix and heat everything together for a minute.
- 10
Step 10

Place everything into one baking dish. If the shrimp are small, you can use 2-3 small ramekins.
- 11
Step 11

Generously sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top. For decoration, you can place two shrimp on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- 12
Step 12

The cheese on the surface will melt and slightly brown. Remove the julienne from the oven and serve.
- 13
Step 13

Julienne with shrimp is ready!
- 14
Step 14

Enjoy your meal!
